Hey, I’m Alex — a 28-year-old photographer, backpacker, and storyteller currently based in Sacramento, California but also gearing up to solo backpack Europe. You can throw in aspiring van-lifer there as well (the van build is taking longer than anticipated, ok...) I create visual content that blends untamed adventure with authentic and distinctly human lifestyle moments. Whether I’m chasing alpine sunrises, camping on coastlines, or capturing the stillness of a foggy forest, I bring the outdoors to life through powerful storytelling thru a variety of mediums.

I have very similar distributions and stats on Tik Tok (@pocketgranola), just at a smaller scale (~800 followers).
I have had success on both platforms with a couple of videos reaching over a million views on Instagram and a number of videos over 10K on Tik Tok with one video approaching 100k.
Engagement rate hovers in the 10% range.
I also have a Substack (@pocketgranola) that I hope to grow but that is in the infant stage of audience development.
